When are limited company accounts due?
Accounts are normally due at Companies House nine months after your company’s year end. The company tax return is due 12 months after the end of the accounting period, but the tax itself is usually payable nine months and one day after it.
How much does an accountant cost?
Our packages are tailored to your business. Sole trader packages start from £25 a month and limited company packages from £60 a month, plus VAT. We’ll confirm exactly what’s included after a free consultation.
Can you help me pay myself tax‑efficiently?
Yes. Each year we look at the right mix of salary and dividends for your circumstances, alongside your company’s tax position.
Is Companies House filing changing?
Yes. Companies House is introducing identity verification for directors and moving towards filing accounts through software. Working with an accountant who uses compliant software keeps you on the right side of the changes.
